Bio:Dance has always fed me, dance class has been my sanctuary, moving brings me back into my body and keeps me strong. I'm honored and humbled to teach dance and share this passion with others.

I consider myself a feminist because I believe all genders should have equal opportunities and equal freedom to pursue the life they choose. I find serenity in forests and rivers and oceans--the natural world is my haven. Someday, I'd love to have my very own tree house. And large cities energize me, I crave the vitality generated when so many people are gathered in one place. I am a vegetarian (for lots of reasons). I try to limit my ecological footprint. I find power dynamics fascinating; may we all claim our power and wield it well. I believe there is always more to learn. I am a lifelong seeker.
